Mortgage Insurance Illustrations
Commissioned by Fullfat Designs, the brief was initially four illustrations showing different scenes about buying a property. Theme was to be colourful and engaging for use on a website. They were so successful their client commissioned a total of fifteen scenes.
Brief to come up with an updated creative look and feel for the 'Big Bang' event. Previously we had created and illustrated ‘Big Bang Man’. This year we upgraded him to a super hero to emphasise the strength of deals in the 'Big Bang' event.
Best Loved Hotels - 9 area maps for hotel guide
Commissioned to create 9 area maps for the 2017 Hotel guide. Relevant illustrations on each map were created to showcase certain local features. Height texture was incorporated and a watercolour theme was used to make the maps unique.
Betrayal - Cover Illustration
Commission to illustrate the cover for Betrayal, a novel based on the life and death of Edith Cavell.
Three Runner Ducks - Commissioned by Fullfat Designs
We were asked to create an illustration of three Indian Runner ducks. After we'd initially sketched the ducks, the client decided they'd like them dressed in country/restaurant clothing. Never say never, we did and we're rather pleased with them.
Brief was to create a new logo that could then be adapted into secondary sectors. Using fun cartoon illustrations, each sector is clearly identifiable.
CCF - Sektor brand
Commission to create a presentation of 14 illustrated frames around the success of the new Sektor brand. The brief was to be in a similar style to Sin City comics - black and white, shadows, sharp edges and a splash of Sektor red.
The Bridge - Magazine
An article in the magazine was introducing a new innovation centre. We were tasked with visiting the centre and creating a 3D visualisation of it to showcase the different sections and how it communicated trending ideas.
PTS - The Village Comic
PTS required to produce an internal staff comic to show different aspects of the business in a colourful and engaging manner. Characters were well known within the organisation and was always eagerly anticipated to see who would be in the next issue.
Caterpillar - commissioned by Fullfat Designs
Brief was to illustrate a factory scene with their new 432F on the final part of the production line, receiving final checks and keys being handed over to a satisfied customer.
Brief was to create an eye catching logo/theme for some landscaping road-shows. Utilising their logo and then creating a 3D explosive feel by adding depth to both the logo and products coming out towards the viewer.
Molson Coors - Carling British Cider
Commission to illustrate a concertina information card, telling the story from orchard to delivery of the newly developed Carling British Cider. As well as the info card, this ended up as a huge 9 metre wide wall mural for the visitors centre.
Shimano - hand drawn graphite sketches
Commissioned by Concept Designs, two illustrations were required by Shimano for their new Tribal fishing campaign. One of a fisherman with a huge Carp and a lake scene montage. These were illustrated by our in-house artist using graphite pencil and charcoal, scanned and then used as full page adverts in a Europe wide advertising campaign.
Commissioned to create a character called 'Stay Safe Stan', who was to appear in their internal national magazine. He was to be used to enforce safety on and off site. Previous attempts had been to list safety procedures as just text, which the majority of readers would ignore. By using this new format, the information was instantly more engaging.
